gap intelligence has an open opportunity within our expanding sales team. The role of a Business Development Representative is to generate net new revenue for gap intelligence by researching, identifying, qualifying, proposing, and assist closing business from assigned, targeted prospects. Support growing and maintaining relationships with key consumer manufacturing targets and Director of Business Development.

An ideal week for this individual will include the following responsibilities:

  • 100% prospecting. Identify, qualify, and justify new business opportunities
  • Engage suspects and convert them to qualified prospects, and assist Director of Business Development in closing business
  • Effectively utilize phone, text, email, events, social media (Linkedin, Instagram, and  others) and outbound marketing campaigns for direct prospect and client communication
  • Work closely with sales to proactively research, qualify and cultivate new leads and markets for gap intelligence
  • Present gap intelligence market intelligence services and benefits as they relate to solving prospective customers’ problems and/or fulfilling their foreclosure process requirements
  • Identify and develop new contacts and opportunities with assigned clients,
  • Utilize and maintain HubSpot CRM with complete and up to date information on all stages of assigned prospects and clients
  • Understand the basics of the market intelligence reports terminology, the phases and time frame, required documents, and what tasks need to be done at each stage.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Consistent, persistent sales prospecting to identify new revenue opportunities and generate direct leads to the Director of Business Development
  • Possess a high level of market intelligence experience as a service offering
  • Consultative sales techniques required
  • Accurate and complete information gathering and documentation skills.

  • The candidate must have a demonstrated record of quota attainment
